Peter Marsh Homestead
and Garden

Since 1938 the Rehoboth Art League has been fulfilling its mission to teach, inspire, and preserve the arts in southern Delaware. An important part of that has been the Peter Marsh Homestead, the heart of our campus and home to both the founder of Henlopen Acres and the art league itself. Join us on Saturday, June 24, from 5-8pm, to help sustain this historic center for the arts by attending our Gala in the Garden.

RAL’s Gala will offer a rare opportunity for event goers to enjoy live music and have cocktails in the Homestead’s formal garden, appetizers in the house itself, and a three-course dinner in the back yard. Attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on the plein air paintings of Stacy Caldwell, Tara Funk Grim, and Kim Klabe, which will be created during the course of the event. The evening is supported by local businesses who believe in the transformative power of the arts, and your ticket purchases—or direct gifts, if you’re unable to join us—will help fund critical preservation needs of the Homestead and surrounding gardens.

Tickets have sold out for this event, but if you wish to make a gift toward the Homestead, click here. And show your gratitude to our generous event sponsors and supporters. Thank you!
