HEAD ON: SCULPTURE BY CORI BEARDSLEY
AUGUST 29TH – SEPTEMBER 28TH
Cori Beardsley’s sculpture is driven by her love of the physical relationship with materials and the drama of something emerging in space. She works mostly in ceramics and much of her work explores the myriad mutations the human form can take. After earning her MFA from the New York Academy of Art, Beardsley has recently returned to the Eastern Shore of Maryland where she was born and raised, and teaches art at Salisbury University, and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Her work will be featured outdoors on the grounds of the Rehoboth Art League, as well as in the Ventures Gallery. Visit her website at www.corinnebeardsley.com.
