Membership Benefits

Membership dues sustain the RAL. Members receive bulletins containing calendars of exhibits and events, and all special notices. Members also receive a $15 discount on class tuition. A membership form is included in this publication. Members also receive a 15% discount when purchasing art supplies and framing from Rehoboth Art and Framing, located at 13 Midway Shopping Center, 302-645-0379.

All members are invited to apply for participation in the Members’ Fine Art Exhibition, the Members’ Fine Craft Exhibit, the Annual Outdoor Fine Art and Craft Show, the Members’ Biennial Theme Show, and the biennial Open Juried Exhibit.

Members’ Sales Gallery

Artist members are invited to display artwork in the Members’ Sales Gallery throughout the year. All items must be marked on the back with title, price and artist’s name. Artworks must be registered with the gallery staff and signed out when removed. Items should be replaced by the end of March to begin the new season. Reasonable care will be taken of the artwork, but RAL cannot be held responsible for loss or damage from any cause. Please call the Gallery Manager for further information. The League requires a 30% commission on all sales of artist members’ work from exhibitions or the Members’ Sales Gallery.
 

The Rehoboth Art League Sketch Group
The sketch group is open to all interested artists and meets from 7:30 – 10:00PM on Tuesdays, from March through November, in the Chambers Studio. There is a fee of $5 per session. Live models are provided and the group is always interested in hiring new models ($25 per session). Call 227-8408 for information.

The Rehoboth Art League Open Pottery Studio
The studio is open on Thursdays from 10:00AM – 2:00PM. There is a $3 fee per session
plus clay and kiln fees based on usage. Open to RAL members only.

The Rehoboth Art League Writers’ Group
The writers’ group meets on Wednesdays from 10:30AM – 12:30PM in the Homestead.
