Class Information
Let’s create colorful artworks, copying amazing paintings by master pastel painters of the past. You’ll learn about famous artists and discover their techniques for using dry pastels. Following along with the instructor, we’ll recreate selected paintings by artists including Edgar Degas, Mary Cassatt, Odilon Redon, and/or others. All experience levels welcome.

Soft Pastels- Set of 36+ colors*
*Larger sets are a huge plus
*NOT oil pastels
*Pastel Pencils can be used in combination with sticks
Removable tape
Kneaded Eraser
Charcoal or dark pastel pencil (no graphite)
SANDED-TEXTURED PASTEL PAPER *
*9×12 or larger – (Pastelmat or U-Art brands, for example)
