The Delaware Department of Correction Prison Arts Program provides meaningful opportunities for incarcerated individuals to develop artistic, technical, and vocational skills through structured arts education. The course is currently offered at James T Vaughn Correctional Center and Sussex Correctional Institution, offering participants the chance to explore self-expression and find meaningful ways to reflect and heal through creativity.
