Registration and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations & Refunds

A full refund will be given more than 30 days before the class or camp start date. A 50% refund will be issued to students cancelling fewer than 30 days before class or camp start date. No refunds or credits will be made two weeks (14 days) or less before class or camp start date.

Missed Days or Once a Session has Started

Unfortunately, the Rehoboth Art League is unable to prorate students for missed classes or classes that they are unable to attend.

Rehoboth Art League Class Cancellation Policy

Occasionally the Rehoboth Art League may find it necessary to cancel a class or workshop due to low enrollment or other scheduling conflicts. If this occurs, registered students will be contacted and refunded the full course tuition.

Inclement Weather

Classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather only if the Rehoboth Art League must close. To check if the Art League is closed, visit our website, rehobothartleague.org, and look for the public notice on the homepage.
