Foundation of Wheel Thrown Pottery for Beginners

Class Information

The emphasis will be on learning basic wheel throwing techniques.  Students will be introduced to wedging, centering, opening, and throwing small forms on the potter’s wheel.  Students will learn proper techniques for trimming and glazing their work.  Some tools are provided and a basic kit may be purchased separately.  Registration fee includes clay, glaze and firing.
